Challenge
Omonivie Okhade had taken a break from working on her jewelry business to tend to her personal life, but when was getting ready to return and make another go of it, she decided that it was time to make changes and rework her business plan.
Gameplan
Omonivie attended the Sacramento Valley SBDC’s “Start Your E-Commerce Business in One Weekend” training and used the information to officially re-launch her business. She was then matched up with an SBDC business advisor who worked with her on details specific to her business to help get it properly on track including identifying new revenue opportunities, identifying her target audience, and improving production methods.
Results
Tula in Bloom experienced an increase in sales through larger fulfillment orders and restoring a connection with existing and new social media followers.
