Learn about financing opportunities for your small business and meet lenders in breakout groups
Roseville, CA – On Tuesday, April 30th from 2-5pm, the Sierra SBDC and the Sacramento Valley SBDC are hosting a free Capital Summit in the Martha Riley Library meeting room at Mahany Fitness Center, 1545 Pleasant Grove Blvd, Roseville.
This in-person event provides entrepreneurs an opportunity to meet with a variety of lenders to better understand the array of financing options available to them. In addition to learning about business loans offered by traditional and alternative lenders, attendees will have a chance to engage with each panelist directly in individual break-out sessions.
Sponsored by Marble Bridge Funding Group and Greater Sacramento CDC dba Capital Funding, as well as the Roseville Venture Lab, the event will include speakers from the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Governor’s Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA) as well as other local lending professionals.
“SBDCs know that capital is the lifeblood of small businesses, but funding can be challenging to access for many reasons. This event will open doors for small business owners to engage with lenders and learn how to access the capital critical to their success,” says Jessica Carr, Sierra SBDC Director.
The afternoon will kick off with introductions by representatives of the SBDC, SBA, CalOSBA, and the City of Roseville. Representatives from multiple lenders will highlight winning strategies for securing business financing and past success stories before the event moves into breakout sessions, where the audience will have time to engage in smaller groups with each of the lenders in attendance.
Startups and existing businesses are welcome to attend for the opportunity to engage with Greater Sacramento CDC dba Capital Funding, Marble Bridge Funding Group, California Capital, Tech Futures Group, US Bank, Safe Credit Union, and Main Street Launch!
Entrepreneurs are invited to join the event at no-cost. This event is generously sponsored by Marble Bridge Funding Group, Greater Sacramento CDC dba Capital Funding, and the Roseville Venture Lab.
