Do you want to start your own food-based small business and you need resources in Arabic? Do you want to know how to obtain permits and meet the requirements to participate in community events, food booths, food sales, festivals and seasonal operations, or catering to the public in the community? Join Zinah Al Naseri, business trainer and owner of Falafel Catering, as she shares the steps to create a home-based business and the requirements to obtain the necessary food permits in Arabic.

  • Licenses and Permits: Class A and B permits 

We assist workshop participants with their application process and provide guidance and support for the required Food Safety Education and training to meet specified requirements pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code.
