A 6-Week Hands-On Series to Set Up Your Business Accounting System.

Registration fee is $35.00 (payment to be collected by phone, after registration)

Managing your business finances doesn’t have to be overwhelming. The SBDC QuickBooks Online Bootcamp is a cohort-style, hands-on training series designed to help small business owners confidently set up and use QuickBooks Online (QBO) as their primary accounting system.

Over six weeks, participants will receive guided instruction, live demonstrations, and practical homework to build a strong bookkeeping foundation they can maintain long-term. Virtually, through Zoom/ with week 3 being in-person

Program Details:

6 weekly virtual sessions (1 hour each) – Tuesdays, 2/17 – 3/24 from 10:00a-11:00am

In-person lab for week 3. Week 3 in-person session to be held at 1792 Tribute Rd., Suite 455 Sacramento, CA 95815

Cohort-based learning and guided practice

Who Should Attend:

New startups needing help setting up QuickBooks Online

Existing businesses (2–5+ years) still using Excel or informal bookkeeping systems

What You’ll Gain By the end of the series, participants will:

Have a working QuickBooks Online company or practice file

Understand how to track income and expenses, use bank feeds, and run basic reports

Follow a simple daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping workflow

Know when it’s time to involve a bookkeeper or CPA
