Accurate bookkeeping is essential to keep your business running smoothly and out of tax trouble. Join the Sacramento Valley SBDC and the IRS for a free webinar covering the basics of recordkeeping, tax tips and resources, financial reports, and more. We’ll look at what is needed to get started, and what bookkeeping tools might help.

Take control and learn tips on how to help keep your small business out of tax trouble. Learn about tax information for businesses on IRS.gov, obtain an understanding of business recordkeeping and why it’s important, and learn what resources are available.

If you are ready to get serious about your business records, this webinar is for you. Participants will learn:
• The difference between various bookkeeping software, including a brief tour of QuickBooks
• The importance of a Profit & Loss Statement and a Balance Sheet
• Tax tips and resources available via the IRS
