About Me:

Angela Lynn is dedicated to understanding her clients’ unique missions and visions to develop practical, achievable action plans. With a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Colorado School of Mines (2002), Angela began her career in the private money lending industry as a Financial Analyst and earned her California DRE Salesperson license in 2004, advancing to a California DRE Broker in 2017. She also holds a master’s degree in accounting (2009) and has extensive experience in real estate lending and portfolio management, regulatory reviews and audits, business management, and commercial construction and development.

In 2023, she launched her own private money mortgage brokerage, re-entering the industry with a commitment to fostering relationships and partnerships. Angela is passionate about collaborating with clients and professionals to build strong foundations in business and community, and she eagerly anticipates working with clients of the SBDC.
