About Me:

Kenya Ratcliff is the CEO at ZEMINI and loves helping people become intuitive, inspiring and transformative leaders. She has spent the majority of her career in the Human Resources Management industry, gaining experience in areas such as lean HR operations for startups, small businesses & nonprofits, talent acquisition, professional development, internal investigations, performance management, organizational development and strategic planning.  While HR consulting and eLearning development is her primary job function, Kenya also enjoys brainstorming, supporting and launching new social entrepreneurship ventures.
