Lourdes Uranday has been a Human Resources Consultant for the SBDC since 2013. She possesses an MBA in Human Resource Management and has over 25 years of experience as a HR Executive in both private and public sectors. Having sat on “both sides of the table”, she is also experienced in union collective bargaining agreements and negotiations. and has served employers from “start-up”, to working for employers with over 3000 employees throughout Central California. Committed to the business community, she has served on the Greater Stockton Employer Advisory Council Board, Central Valley Hispanic Chamber, as Board Secretary, and is currently the founder and Board Chair for the Stanislaus County Employer Advisory Council where she was awarded the 2021 Outstanding EAC Chairperson award from the California EAC. Lourdes is an excellent resource for business start-ups, employment laws, staffing, training, and business consulting. During her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring the world, preferably near a beach!
