She has spent most of her career in the private and nonprofit sectors, gaining experience in areas such as startups, business management, development, compliance, business credit, and technical assistance. Helping clients with their business needs, finding solutions or alternatives, and seeing clients succeed is what she enjoys most about her career. While advising is her primary job function, Macy also enjoys reading, publishing, and spending time with her family and the outdoors.
