She has coached countless beauty professionals to open and manage their own salons and retail ventures successfully. She also partners with cosmetology schools and institutes to introduce innovative training concepts that blend technical skills with entrepreneurship, customer engagement, and industry best practices.

In addition to her advisory work, Tamika serves on the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, where she helps shape policy and uphold professional standards across the industry.
